Established in 2009, Mr. Johnny’s Online Studios was developed to provide students with dedicated instruction in the Writing-Process and Test-Preparation. Focused on student mastery and new-skill replication, Mr. Johnny quickly became a household name in many communities across the country.  Over time, Mr. Johnny expanded instructional offerings to include Adult Classes for professionals across many industries who sought to increase their professional communication skills.  Students learn key-skills that they can apply immediately in any academic or professional environment.

Parents of students who speak English as a second language have benefitted from Mr. Johnny’s Online Writing Studio that re-focuses on English Grammar, Sentence Structure and Mechanics, Verb Usage, Vocabulary Building, Paragraph Construction, including Brainstorming and Logical formatting, all Persuasive Writing styles and much more. Students from non-English speaking households also benefit from Mr. Johnny’s Online Test Prep Studio, which teaches standardized TEST-TAKING strategies for higher test scores on the SSAT, ISEE, ACT & SAT.

Over 20 years ago, a young couple collectively thought of lessons and educational reinforcement for their own children to ensure that they would be equipped with above average skills that would serve them for the rest of their lives. Mr. Johnny’s Online Studios, the end result of years of testing and experimentation on the lives of his children by he and his wife, has become the Writing Composition and Test Prep solution that busy families needed.

FUN FACTS:

Mr. Johnny has a B.A. in English from Morehouse College in Atlanta, Ga., an MBA from Kaplan University, an MCTS and MCITP certifications. He and his wife have been married for 23 years. His oldest son attends Williams College and is in the last class of the Gates Millennium Scholars; his youngest son attends Lafayette College; and his daughter is still in high school.  All of his children can WRITE, THINK, and show up for the TEST.
